Kyōei Ramen

A really popular Sano ramen restaurant in this area. You need to fill the order slip first and then submit it over the counter seat. You must get a number card instead. There usually is a queue here so you have to wait for a while and will be called by number. Everything is good here, but particularly I love Age-gyoza. A large yellow signboard is a landmark for this restaurant.

2023.10 This is a long-established and famous Sano Ramen restaurant. This place has a unique menu lineup. There is a Sano ramen shop that serves giblets, but isn't there any other ramen shop that specializes in bang bungee? ? Gyoza is only fried gyoza. Also, the delivery speed is very fast. The clerk is working hard. The noodles are uneven and uneven, typical of Sano ramen. I feel like the amount of noodles is more than a normal ramen shop. Two thick pieces of chashu. It's very satisfying to eat. If you make chashu noodles with this, it will probably be quite filling. Soup seems to have different tastes. The soup was clear, typical of Sano ramen, but I felt it had a slightly sour taste. It's unique, so people who like it seem to like it. The fried gyoza is not the crispy type, but has fluffy skin. I didn't like it. The giblets were cooked soft. There is a slight odor of offal, but I can say it's completely delicious. Overall, the quantity is large for the price and I am very satisfied. The store isn't old and dirty, but it definitely feels old, so I can't recommend it if you're concerned about that. If I have a chance next time, I will try Bambamji!

Came in on Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was crowded, but it was spacious so I was able to park. Families were waiting outside the store. Since there were two of us, we were able to sit at the counter seat right away. Ordered soy sauce ramen and fried gyoza. Although the fried gyoza are small, there are 6 of them, so they are easy to share, which makes a good impression. It's crunchy and juicy when it's freshly fried, but it becomes hard and loses its flavor after a while, so it's better to eat it when it's freshly fried. Ramen is the ✴︎ Original Sano Ramen! That's what it feels like. Both noodles and soup are delicious! The soup was delicious with the chewy, pillowy noodles. The counters around the kitchen were devilishly hot and painful... Unfortunately, it was so hot that I couldn't really enjoy it. The kitchen staff were working hard without masks and sweating profusely. There were flies flying around inside the store, so it might be tough for people with hygiene habits.

I bought Sano ramen as a souvenir for a friend and he was so happy that I decided to try it myself. lol The atmosphere of the store is very cheerful and the staff are very cheerful. He taught me the characteristics of ramen and we had a comfortable time. Is ramen curly noodles? It was a long weekend, so it was good to ask for orders in advance so that the wait time after being seated was short. I had the soy sauce pork noodles. The soup is very light, yet so flavorful that you'll want to drink it all. The char siu is soft and satisfying. What was disappointing was the noodles. This may be a characteristic of handmade products, but the thickness varies. Naturally, the boiling was uneven and the texture was bad. I don't know if it's because it's the holidays or if it's always the case, but it was a shame because the other materials were good.

I had the soy sauce ramen, and the soup was light and had a nostalgic feel, but it had a good richness, and it went well with Sano Ramen's chewy green bamboo noodles, which went down smoothly. I also ordered the fried gyoza, which was well-filled with bean paste, piping hot, and had a rich flavor, making it a popular item! It's been a while since I've had Sano Ramen, but they took me to a nice restaurant!

We went in September 2023. This place is relatively close to Sano IC on Route 50, so it is easy to access. The staff work efficiently, and the food comes out right after you order, so the turnover is fast. If you want to eat delicious Sano ramen without having to wait in line, please give this place a try. The inside of the store is showing its age, but the smell of the Showa era is soothing.
